Eid Milad 2024: Nagpur Police and Community Leaders Meeting for Coordination
Nagpur, India: In preparation for the upcoming Eid Milad festival, a coordination meeting was held at the Police Headquarters Auditorium under the leadership of Police Commissioner Mr. Ravindra Kumar Singhal. The meeting, which took place at 11:30 AM, was attended by senior police officials and members of the Shariyatul Nabi Committee.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Mrs. Ashwati Dorje, along with Additional Commissioners Mr. Sanjay Patil, Mr. Pramod Shewale, and Mr. Shivaji Rathod, were present at the meeting. The primary objective was to ensure a peaceful and harmonious celebration of Eid Milad 2024.
During the meeting, Commissioner Singhal stressed the need to maintain peace and harmony, urging citizens to follow traffic and noise regulations and celebrate the festival without hurting anyone’s sentiments. He also assured committee members that any concerns would be addressed, and appropriate preventive measures would be taken. Additionally, he highlighted the dangers of drug abuse and its harmful impact on society.
The meeting was coordinated by Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Narendra Hivare, and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Branch, Mrs. Shweta Khedkar, who delivered the vote of thanks. Key members of the Shariyatul Nabi Committee, including Mr. Nimit Goyal, Mr. Archit Chandak, Mr. Rahul Madne, and Mr. Shashikant Satav, along with a large number of police officers, were also in attendance.
