Exercise keeps us active and in shape. Exercise has a similar positive impact on the physical health of kids and teens. However, according to a new study in pediatrics, exercise has additional benefits. Additionally, it can raise children's and teens' IQs. 

Exercise has a significant impact on how the body and mind develop during childhood and adolescence. IQ scores increased by an average of 4 points for those who included exercise in their regular routine, according to the study.

- According to the study, exercise significantly raises general intelligence.

- Children with normal and low baseline IQ levels were among the base groups in whom the beneficial effects of exercise were noted. 

- Exercise had a significant effect on fluid intelligence.

- Although exercise had no effect on crystallized intelligence, the study found that it significantly improved the cognitive abilities of obese youngsters.
