Fire Scare on Bangladesh Airlines Flight, Safely Lands in Nagpur with 400 Passengers
Nagpur: A Bangladesh Airlines flight traveling from Dhaka to Dubai had to make an emergency landing at Nagpur Airport after the pilot suspected a fire onboard. The incident caused concern, but after a thorough inspection, no fire or short circuit was found, bringing relief to passengers and crew.
The aircraft, carrying 400 passengers, was flying over Assam when the pilot noticed signs of a possible fire. Acting quickly, the crew decided to land the plane as a precaution. At 10:30 PM, the flight safely landed in Nagpur, where fire department teams were already on standby.
As soon as the plane landed, all passengers were safely evacuated, and the cargo was unloaded. After inspecting the aircraft, Bangladesh Airlines officials confirmed that there was no fire or technical issue.
Once the inspection was completed, passengers reboarded, and the cargo was reloaded. The flight then resumed its journey to Dubai at 7 AM on Thursday.
