Fitness instructor outlines the top five ways to maintain your fitness
On her Instagram account, fitness trainer Anushka Singh consistently posts beneficial weight-loss advice. Her social media accounts are filled with advice on diet and exercise, as well as how to lose weight more quickly and become in shape.
Additionally, Anushka posts videos and images showing how to work out to lose weight more quickly. After going through her own weight loss struggle, Anushka recently published a reel outlining the five behaviors we shouldn't sacrifice in the name of getting shredded.
1. Running- We should remember to meet our weekly cardio objectives, whether we are working out on a treadmill in the gym, on the streets, or in a park.
2. Drink 3 liters of water- Maintaining proper hydration is crucial for weight loss as well as for other reasons. Everyone should drink at least three liters of water each day.
3. Add greens- We should make an effort to increase our intake of foods high in protein and green leafy vegetables. Protein keeps the body feeling full by lowering the appetite hormone.
4. Drink coconut water- We often have desires and indulge in unhealthy eating between lunch and supper, which is when we cheat on our diet.
5. Stay active- It is advised to work out frequently when trying to lose weight. But we can still choose to be active by moving around physically even if we aren't going to the gym.
