Free Health Checkup for Tadoba Wildlife Guides

To put the health of the jeep drivers and guides who lead wildlife trips at Tadoba Wildlife Sanctuary first, Deccan Drifts recently carried out a health campaign. This program is in line with ongoing efforts to preserve the local ecology and tigers.

For forest safaris, Tadoba draws millions of visitors each year from both domestic and foreign locations. The Tadoba authorities are in charge of making sure these tourists are safe and healthy.

Leading wildlife biologists and conservationists Mr. Piyush Akare and Ms. Kanchan Petkar led a health check-up and gave eye drops to guides and jeep drivers at the Tadoba gate as part of the program.

Forest officials, such as Manager Mr. Narayan Ghodmare and Forest Guard Mr. Milind Kite, were present at the event. The aim of the effort was to ensure the well-being of guides and jeep drivers who work in Tadoba's harsh terrain on a regular basis by addressing their health issues.
