Illegal Ganja Selling under Mangalwari Bridge

Nagpur, India: There has been a rise in criminal activity near Nagpur railway station, especially with a ganja shop openly selling drugs under the Mangalwari Bridge on railway land. The surprising part is that the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Lohmarg Police either don't know about it or are ignoring it. The ganja is being sold for just 100 rupees, showing a lack of control and attention from the authorities.

The illegal sale of ganja is taking place in broad daylight in the Nagpur Railway Outer Area. Due to the slowdown of trains here, drunken passengers get off, buy ganja, and then board the train again. Local people say that country liquor was sold in this area earlier, but now the drug trade has increased further.

Criminals and addicts gather here daily, putting the safety of passengers at risk, but the police are not taking any action. The growing crime in the railway area raises serious concerns about passenger safety. While there used to be a place for liquor and gambling in the area, now ganja is being sold openly. However, the RPF and GRP are only focused on catching thieves and are ignoring this major issue.

It remains to be seen whether the railway authorities and the police will put an end to this illegal activity or if Nagpur Railway Outer will continue to be a hotspot for criminals.
