The accused, who is being held in judicial custody in accordance with the POCSO Act, has alleged that he was tortured in Nagpur Central Jail. The special POCSO court has ordered the Dhantoli police to provide the report for the accused's medical checkup due to the nature of the allegation.
The prisoner has a mental disability. He sought treatment at the jail medical facility. He used to receive medication from the accused. The victim claimed that the accused took advantage of this chance to squeeze his face and abuse him in an abnormal manner.
