In response to Nitin Chandrakant Desai and Sushant Singh Rajput's deaths, Suniel Shetty said,

Following the probable suicide of renowned art director Nitin Chandrakant Desai, actor Suniel Shetty urges people to help individuals they know are under stress. On August 2, Desai's body was discovered at his studio, ND Studio, in Karjat, Maharashtra. This prompted speculation that he may have committed himself as a result of financial difficulties.

Suniel hailed Desai as one of the "finest" artists and one of the most modest art directors in an interview with The Free Press Journal. The most crucial inquiry is, "What was that one event that shattered him to surrender to this? God is supposed to constantly want the good people around him. Will he require them? I'm not sure... I offer my sincere sympathies.

Suniel Shetty responded that the late actor was a "wonderful child" who accomplished a lot in his life when questioned about Sushant Singh Rajput, an actor who reportedly supposedly committed himself in 2020. "And then God removes him... When exactly did he act in that way? You pity his family, especially his parents. Making contact is crucial. We should get in touch with someone we know if we have any idea that they are under any kind of stress. We ought to keep calling out to them and asking how they're doing, he continued.

Mansi Desai, Nitin Desai's daughter, revealed to ANI that her father had taken out a loan from a company for Rs 181 crore, of which he had paid back Rs 86.31 crore. According to Desai's daughter, her father had no desire to defraud anyone. "He was going to fulfill his pledge to pay everything. My father met the lenders' demand for a six-month interest advance by selling his Powai office. He was going to fulfill all the payments he had promised, and he had no intention of defrauding anyone, Mansi told ANI.
