Kangana Ranaut Unveils Impressive Stills from Upcoming Film

Kangana Ranaut, the renowned Bollywood actress, recently shared captivating stills from her much-anticipated film "Tejas." Portraying the role of an Air Force pilot, Kangana can be seen donning the uniform in these newly revealed images. The first still showcases her emerging from the Tejas, a multi-role combat aircraft, while another depicts her engaged in an intense action scene with a burning jeep in the background. Kangana further delighted her fans by sharing a close-up of her uniformed look, complete with a garrison cap. She referred to "Tejas" as India's first aerial action movie and revealed that it is set to hit theaters on October 20.

The uniformed appearance of Kangana Ranaut in "Tejas" has left her fans in awe. One fan even took inspiration from Kangana's hit song in "Tanu Weds Manu Returns," commenting, "Banno tera swagger, lagey sexy." Another fan hailed her as a symbol of woman power, while someone else referred to her as "Bollywood ki Jhansi ki Rani" (Queen of Bollywood's Jhansi).

"Tejas" has been in the works since 2020 but experienced delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Directed by Sarvesh Mewara, the film has captured Kangana's excitement, as she expressed her desire to portray a soldier and her admiration for the armed forces since her childhood. Kangana has always been vocal about her appreciation for the bravery of the jawans (soldiers) who protect and safeguard the nation. Being able to wear the uniform in "Tejas" is a significant highlight in her life, according to the actress.

Film producer Ronnie Screwvala, in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, explained that while "Tejas" is not a sequel to "Uri" (a previous successful military film), it follows a similar trajectory and scale. "Uri" was based on a true story, whereas "Tejas" is a fictional tale. However, the films share a common theme of patriotism and military action.

In other news, Bollywood stars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone are also working on an upcoming aerial action entertainer titled "Fighter." Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film is set for release in January of the following year, providing audiences with another thrilling cinematic experience in the aerial action genre.
