Krazy Castle Amusement Park in Nagpur Set to Unveil Stunning Renovations by July

Excitement is building in Nagpur as the much-loved Krazy Castle amusement park undergoes a remarkable transformation, courtesy of Maha Metro. The park is being revamped to showcase impressive replicas of 16 iconic monuments from around the world, providing visitors with a truly awe-inspiring experience. Most of the replicas have already been completed, and the remaining ones are expected to be finished by mid-July. Once the renovation project is fully complete, Maha Metro will initiate the tender process to select an operator for the amusement park, following which it will be opened to the public.

The Director of Strategic Planning at Maha Metro's Nagpur project expressed delight at the progress made, highlighting that all 15 existing rides from the previous Krazy Castle have been meticulously repaired, with the exception of one ride that had to be relocated due to the construction of a Metro pillar. Moreover, the park now features statues of beloved cartoon characters and beloved Disney favourites, adding an extra layer of enchantment.

The revamped amusement park will also boast a variety of restaurants serving dishes from the respective countries represented by the replicated monuments, allowing visitors to embark on a culinary journey around the world. To enhance accessibility, designated parking spaces have been arranged within the park premises, and the nearby Dharampeth College Metro station will provide convenient access for visitors.

Maha Metro has invested an estimated Rs 12 crore in constructing the stunning replicas and refurbishing the rides, with additional funds earmarked for the project's ongoing development. Once an operator is selected through the tender process, they will pay royalties to Maha Metro, with a portion of the proceeds shared with the Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT), as the land belongs to them. The eagerly awaited unveiling of the amusement park to the citizens of Nagpur will mark an exciting new chapter in the city's entertainment landscape
