Lawyer Arrested: High-Speed SUV Triggers Deadly Collision in Ram Nagar Nagpur
A lawyer has been taken into custody by the Ambazari police for causing a deadly crash at Ram Nagar Square. The lawyer was driving a big car really fast and crashed into a two-wheeler, leading to the tragic death of a woman who was walking.
The person who was arrested is Mayank Makrand Agnihotri, 27 years old, and he lives in Shankar Nagar. However, the police later let him go. The Ambazari police said that Agnihotri has been charged with breaking certain laws like Sections 279, 338, and 304 (a) of the Indian Penal Code, along with Sections 134 and 177 of the Motor Vehicle Act. These laws are because he caused the deaths of Pawas Rajendrakumar Chaurasia, 33 years old, who lived at Shri Radhe Apartment, Hill Top, and Kusum Ishwar Bhoyar, 64 years old, from Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Pandhrabodi.
Agnihotri had come to a temple at Ram Nagar Square with his family in a big car called Mitsubishi Pajero (the license plate number is MH-31/CP5322). After the accident happened, the car flipped over on the road, and Agnihotri got hurt too.
