Man Charged with Rape After Biting Woman's Private Parts
Nagpur, India- Pankaj Khichi, 39, has been charged with rape after allegedly assaulting a married woman and biting her on the private parts while drunk about a week ago. According to a complaint filed at Ganeshpeth police station, Khichi had been sexually exploiting the woman at a lodge for around a year.
Khichi, who is an active political party worker and runs a cow shelter in Hudkeshwar, had befriended the woman—also a political activist—under the pretense of helping her access government schemes for her disabled daughter. He had been dating and exploiting her for the past year. It was also reported that Khichi frequently borrowed money from her for various expenses and struggled with alcohol addiction.
