Man rides a two-wheeler in the streets of Nagpur without clothes
After a video showing a 35-year-old man riding a two-wheeler in the middle of the night on Nagpur streets sans clothes went viral, Nagpur Police opened a case.
He claimed that someone recorded the incident on his cell phone at around two in the morning on Saturday. The 35-year-old rider has been identified by the police.
The man's parents stated he suffered from mental health problems. Riding a two-wheeler without a driving license resulted in a charge being filed under the Indian Penal Code and the Motor Vehicle Act, the officer continued.
