Marvel Unveils Fantastic Four 2025 Teaser Featuring Vanessa Kirby
Marvel Studios has finally released the teaser for The Fantastic Four: First Steps, giving fans their first proper look at the upcoming film. The movie is set to hit cinemas in July this year.
The teaser takes fans into the retrofuturistic world of the Fantastic Four. It begins with Reed Richards and Sue Storm showing a guest around their headquarters at the Baxter Building, while H.E.R.B.I.E. and The Thing prepare a meal.
One of the key moments in the teaser shows an emotional conversation between Reed and Sue about their past and future.
"Before we went up the first time," Reed says, "you couldn't turn invisible, Ben wasn't a rock, and Johnny never caught fire."
Sue replies, "Ben has always been a rock. Johnny is... Johnny. And I am right here. Whatever life throws at us, we'll face it together, as a family."
The teaser also includes exciting scenes like Johnny Storm flying into space without a spacesuit, huge fire clouds over Manhattan, and John Malkovich in a mysterious role.
The movie is set in an alternate 1960s and was filmed overseas from July to November 2024. The cast features Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal (a version of Silver Surfer), along with Paul Walter-Hauser, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles.
Directed by Matt Shakman (WandaVision), the film is written by Ric Pearson, Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer. Kevin Feige is producing for Marvel Studios.
Fans can expect an exciting new adventure when The Fantastic Four: First Steps arrives in theatres this summer.
