Mason Found Dead with Head Smashed Near Indora Chowk
Nagpur, India- Shock and outrage spread through the Pachpaoli area near Indora Chowk on Friday afternoon when a mason was found dead on the footpath, his head smashed with bricks. The victim, 40-year-old Madhukar Marnik Bagde, lived at Plot No 613, Bhandar Mohalla, Indore. His body was discovered near Amaira Dental Clinic, close to Khobragade Hospital.
After receiving reports of the murder, a team from Pachpaoli Police Station, led by Senior Inspector Raut Baburao, rushed to the scene. They conducted an initial investigation and sent Bagde's body to Mayo Hospital for a post-mortem examination. Preliminary investigations revealed that Bagde was an alcoholic, and his wife had been living separately with their children in Krida Chowk, near Sakkardara.
The police have registered a case of homicide under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code after reviewing CCTV footage, but they have not yet identified the killer. Efforts to identify and apprehend the suspect are ongoing, and the motive for the murder is expected to be clarified once the suspect is arrested.
