MPCC's 'Lok Samvad Yatra' Aims to Reach Every Corner of Maharashtra
The Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) has started a momentous plan called the 'Lok Samvad (People Connect) Yatra'. They want to directly connect with the people all over the state. A meeting was held on Tuesday for influential MPCC members, MPs, MLAs, and others from East Maharashtra at Ravi Bhavan, Civil Lines.
The idea for the 'Lok Samvad Yatra' came after MPCC members met with important leaders like President Mallikarjun Kharge, General Secretary KC Venugopal, and Gandhi in Delhi last week. This big event will begin on September 3 and end on September 12.
Nana Patole, who is the leader of the Maharashtra Congress, chose different political leaders and coordinators to lead the event in different parts of the state. He will take care of things in six districts of the Nagpur division, and Vijay Wadettiwar, who is now the leader of the opposition in the assembly, will go to five districts in the Amravati division.
