Nagpur Businessman Loses ₹2.32 Lakh in Fake Investment Scheme
Nagpur, India: A businessman, Rajiv Vasyani, was cheated of ₹2.32 lakh by a couple running a fake investment scheme. The accused, Hariom Rammurti Bhadre and his wife Indrayani Bhadre, gained his trust and convinced him to invest in their company, Matoshree Pat Sanstha, promising high returns.
When Rajiv asked for his money back to pay for his children’s education, the couple kept delaying. Realising he had been cheated, he filed a complaint at Ganeshpeth police station.
Police have registered a case and suspect that the couple may have scammed others as well. The investigation is ongoing.
