Nagpur Man Arrested for Allegedly Molesting 17-Year-Old Girl and Sharing Obscene Photos
Nagpur, India: MIDC Police have apprehended a 40-year-old man, Prakash alias Dinesh Hiraman Sahare, for allegedly molesting a 17-year-old girl and sharing explicit photos of her online.
According to police reports, Sahare took advantage of his familiarity with the victim to lure her to a hotel on Sangam Road, where he engaged in indecent acts and captured inappropriate images. He later distributed these photos online, resulting in considerable distress for the victim.
Following a formal complaint from the girl, authorities have charged Sahare under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act, Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and Section 67(B) of the Information Technology Act.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are working diligently to gather further evidence in the case. More updates will be released as the situation unfolds.
