Nagpur Man Killed in Tragic Accident as Speeding Bolero Strikes Two Wheeler
Nagpur, India: A man lost his life in a tragic accident on November 10 when a speeding Bolero struck the two wheeler he was riding as a passenger. The incident took place in Kawdas, within the Hingna police station’s jurisdiction.
The victim has been identified as 40 year old Manoj Satyawan Manapure, a resident of Wanjari Square on Manapured Road in Wardha.
Police report that Manoj Satyawan Manapure was a passenger on a two wheeler driven by his brother in law, 29 year old Amol Jaipurkar, who lives in Mangali, Mohgaon, Hingna.
The accident occurred at 3 p.m. as they were passing through Kawdas village.
A speeding Bolero struck the two wheeler from behind, causing Manapure to be thrown off. He suffered severe injuries in the accident and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead by doctors.
The police have arrested the Bolero driver, 24 year old Prajjwal Kaduji Thakare, a resident of Vyahadpeth, Hingna. He has been charged under Sections 106(a) and 281 of the BNS, as well as Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
