Nagpur Police Busted Sex Racket at Hotel Dua Continental in Sadar
Nagpur, India- The Social Security Branch (SSB) of the Nagpur Crime Branch conducted a raid on Tuesday, busting a sex racket operating at Hotel Duaa Continental in Sadar. During the operation, police arrested a couple, Alka Indrajeet Hedao (28) and Indrajeet Jagdeesh Hedao (36), who were allegedly enticing women with money and coercing them into the sex trade. The couple resides at House No. 46 Khadakhadi Moholla, near Subhash Chandra Hospital, Tehsil.
The raid was initiated following a tip-off received by the SSB team, led by PI Kavita Isarkar. Upon verifying the information, the police conducted the raid at approximately 2 pm, discovering the couple forcing women into the sex trade. Two women were rescued during the operation.
A case has been registered under the relevant sections of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA) at Sadar Police Station. The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to gather further details.
