Nagpur Police Promote Road Safety by Distributing 1,000 Free Helmets

Nagpur, India: As part of a road safety campaign, Nagpur Police, led by Commissioner Dr. Ravinder Kumar Singal, distributed 1,000 helmets at Variety Square and 19 other key locations on February 22. Many people participated in the event, pledging to follow traffic rules and stay safe on the roads.
Senior police officers, including Joint Commissioner Nisar Tamboli, Deputy Commissioner Archit Chandak, and other team members, took part in the helmet distribution. The event was organized to raise awareness about the importance of wearing helmets and to promote safe riding in the city.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Ravindra Singal emphasized the necessity of wearing helmets to prevent serious accidents. He urged everyone to strictly follow the traffic rules and assured that Nagpur Police would continue enforcing them to ensure roads safety.
