Nagpur Shocker: Jealous Husband Murders Wife’s Alleged Lover, Walks Into Police Station

Nagpur, India: A shocking incident took place in the Pachpaoli area of Nagpur on Monday morning when a man killed his wife’s suspected lover in public. The accused, 38-year-old Dikshit Janbandhu, later surrendered to the police.
According to the police, Dikshit suspected that his wife was having an affair with a man named Asif Ahmad Khan. He had seen messages between them and had warned Khan earlier.
On Monday, Dikshit confronted Asif at Shaitan Chowk. During the argument, he threw chilli powder into Asif’s eyes and attacked him with a sharp weapon. He then used a heavy stone to hit him repeatedly, killing him on the spot.
After the incident, Dikshit went to the Pachpaoli police station and admitted to the murder. The police arrested him and charged him with murder under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Senior officers visited the crime scene, and the body of the deceased was sent for post-mortem. Police say further investigation is ongoing.
