Nagpur Traffic Restrictions; Road Closures for New Year’s Eve from 6 pm
Nagpur, India: To ensure safety and manage traffic flow during: the New Year celebrations, Nagpur Traffic Police have announced a series of road closures and route changes starting on December 31, 2024, from 6 pm until 6 am on January 1, 2025.
Key Road Closures:

1. Futala Lake Area: Roads leading to Telangkhedi Hanuman Temple, Air Force Nagar, and Futala Vasati will be closed to vehicles.

2. West High Court Road: The stretch between Law College Square and Shankar Nagar Square will be blocked in both directions.

3. Flyover Closures: The following flyovers will remain closed to traffic: Buldi Gowari; Sadar (Katol Road-Manakapur); Sakkardara; Panchpaoli; Mehdi Bagh
Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes and avoid these areas to ensure smooth travel throughout the city during the festivities.
