Nagpur-Mumbai Highway Accident: Speeding Scorpio Hits Biker, Crashes into General Store
Nagpur, India: A shocking accident took place on the Nagpur-Mumbai Highway near SJS Hospital on March 11. A speeding Mahindra Scorpio lost control, hit a motorcyclist, and then crashed into a general store. The entire incident was caught on CCTV footage.
Eyewitnesses said that the Scorpio was travelling at high speed when it suddenly struck a bike, causing the rider to fall. The car then swerved off the road and smashed into Godavari General Store, damaging the shop and injuring three to four people.
The CCTV footage shows the Scorpio losing control, hitting the bike, and then crashing into the store. The front part of the vehicle was completely damaged in the impact.
The accident caused panic in the area, and locals rushed to help the injured. Police have started an investigation to find out the exact cause of the crash. Authorities have also urged drivers to follow traffic rules and drive carefully to avoid such accidents.
