Nagpur's National Institute of Cancer to be Inaugurated on April 27th
The National Institute of Cancer (NCI) in Nagpur is set to be dedicated on April 27. The programme, which will take place at 10:30 am at the NCI premises in Jamtha, will be graced by esteemed guests including Dr Mohan Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The hospital is the brainchild of Devendra Fadnavis and Shailesh Joglekar, who conceived the idea 25 years ago, and has since been supported by Medical Director Dr Anand Pathak.
The dedication programme of Nagpur's National Institute of Cancer will be attended by several esteemed guests, including Dr Mohan Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will also be present on this momentous occasion.
The National Institute of Cancer (NCI) in Nagpur is the result of the vision of two friends, Devendra Fadnavis and Shailesh Joglekar, whose idea was conceived 25 years ago. The hospital has been supported by Medical Director Dr Anand Pathak, who joined the project at its inception and has continued to be associated with it. The Board of Directors includes President Adv Sunil Manohar, Vice President Ajay Sancheti, Treasurer Anand Aurangabadkar, and Member Lalit Tekchandani.
