Nagpur-ST Bus Overturns Near Chimur, 20-22 Passengers Injured
Chandrapur: A serious accident involving a Maharashtra State Transport (ST) bus took place on the Chimur-Pimparneri highway, leaving 20 to 22 passengers injured.
According to reports, the accident occurred when the bus, travelling from Chimur towards Nagpur, met with an accident after the driver suddenly fell ill. Losing control of the vehicle, the bus veered off the road and overturned in a nearby field.
The injured passengers, including the driver, were immediately rushed to the rural hospital for treatment. Among the injured, the condition of two passengers is reported to be critical.
Local authorities and police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident. The situation is being closely monitored, and further investigation is underway.
