Nepali Man Locked His Wife's Private Part Over Suspected Affair
Pune, India- In Maharashtra Pimpri-Chinchwad, a 30-year-old Nepali Citizen was arrested for allegedly assaulting his 28-year-old wife who is a Nepali citizen too, as he suspected her of having an extramarital affair. The accused ruthlessly stabbed her private parts with the sharp blade and inserted two iron nails to place the lock there.
This incident happened on 11th May when the man thrashed his wife after he suspected her of having an affair outside of the marriage, and he tied her feet with a blanket. The accused then took a sharp blade and cut two holes in her private parts to insert two iron nails and fixed the lock on it. Her husband continued to do such brutal assault, and the victim screamed for help and suffered in pain lying on the floor bleeding severely.
The woman was swiftly rushed to the hospital and currently is undergoing medical treatment. While fighting with severe pain and injuries, she later filed an FIR at the police station. The accused works as a watchman and the victim is a homemaker.
This case is registered under sections 326 voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons, 506 (2) criminal intimidation, and 323 punishment for voluntarily causing hurt.
