NHAI Signs Agreement for Construction of Multimodal Logistics Park

On Tuesday, an official announcement revealed that the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), a state-owned entity, has agreed to develop a multimodal logistics park (MMLP) in Nagpur, with an estimated cost of ₹673 crore.
As per the statement, this venture is anticipated to be the first Medium-Term Loan Program (MMLP) in Maharashtra under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan. The announcement reads, "M/s DC Multimodal Park (Nagpur) Limited, an SPV of M/S Delta Bulk Shipping India Pvt. Ltd and NHAI have signed an agreement for the establishment of a Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Nagpur. The project, spanning 150 acres, will be developed using the Public-Private Partnership model, with a projected expenditure of ₹673 crore."
