Police Arrest Thief and Recover Eight Stolen Motorcycles
Pachpaoli Police have arrested a thief and booked a juvenile delinquent, recovering eight stolen two-wheelers, including four motorcycles, collectively valued at Rs 3.50 lakh.
The accused has been identified as Mangesh Kedar Dhole (30), a resident of Nava Nakasha, near Kidwai Ground, Pachpaoli, along with a juvenile accomplice.
With Dhole's arrest, police have solved six vehicle theft cases registered at Pachpaoli Police Station and one at Sadar Police Station. Dhole had stolen a two-wheeler belonging to Raunak Lalchand Moryani (19), a resident of Henu Colony, Plot No 56, Jaripatka, from Kadbi Chowk Metro Station.
Following an investigation, police apprehended Dhole. During interrogation, he confessed to stealing the bike and scooters with the assistance of the juvenile delinquent.
The arrest and recovery of the stolen vehicles were carried out by constabulary staff including Nitin Verma, Pawan Bhatkar, Prakash Rajpalliwar, Shahnawaz Mirza, Omprakash Burde, and Pawan Thakur, under the supervision of Senior PI Baburao Raut.
