Pugnur Cows Arrive in Zilpi Mohgaon: A Blessing for Nagpur Locals!
Nagpur , India - 28/06/2024 - Exciting news for Nagpur locals! Shree Siddhivinayak Gorakshan Dham in Zilpi Mohgaon welcomes the sacred Pugnur cows, thanks to the efforts of the Shree Siddhivinayak Seva Foundation. These revered cows, known for their holiness in Hinduism, were specially brought from Pugnur village in Andhra Pradesh for the benefit of devotees.
Sandip Joshi, the Foundation's President, shared that Pugnur cows, mentioned in ancient texts like the Puranas, bring numerous blessings to those who worship them. These unique cows, just two feet tall but weighing up to 200 kilograms, produce about 1200 liters of milk annually. This milk, known for its high fat content and medicinal properties, is even used for abhishek at the famous Tirupati Balaji Temple.
Apart from their spiritual significance, Pugnur cows are incredibly resilient, able to thrive in drought conditions on dry fodder. Their arrival at Shree Siddhivinayak Gorakshan Dham is sure to draw many visitors eager to catch a glimpse of these sacred animals and receive their blessings.
