Ritika Maloo Absconding, Police Unable to Determine Her Whereabouts
Ritika Maloo is on a run from the Police, It's been days since the Anticipatory bail was rejected by the Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court on Tuesday, 28th May. Police officials are tracking her whereabouts however, there is no progress in encountering her. She has been said to have be in Rajasthan For Some Family Function.
Since it has been submitted in her bail surety that she is a MBA graduate, mother, a tax payer and a director of Star Origin Business Private Limited so there is no chance for her to abscond and in the bail terms it was ensured that she need to present before the law enforcement agencies and court whenever directed. Contrary to which she is now absconding and the victims family awaits justice and her arrest. However, We need to see if the police takes action against the person who has provided bail surety of the accused and will be able to arrest Ritika Maloo who is on a run.
A Look Out Notice was also issued, But it seems like Mrs. Ritika Maloo will keep on dodging the police department. The Nagpur Police No Nonsense Top Cop Dr. Ravinder Singal should take a note of this and must ensure the early arrest of the accused.
Also, a demand has been made to arrest the husbands of both Ritika Maloo and Madhuri Sarda who have allegedly fled the accused from the crime scene in the presence of a police officer.
Maloo is the accused in the Ram Jhula accident case on February 25, which ended in the deaths of two victims. During the hearing of Maloo's bail application, a vacation bench led by Justice Abhay Mantri issued notices to the state government, the police commissioner, and the Tehsil police station, instructing them to submit their responses by June 13. There hasn't been any further notice or responses from the Police.
