Road Accident at Yadav Chowk Leaves Three Injured
Nagpur, India: A road accident occurred this morning around 6:45 AM at Yadav Chowk involving a car and a scooter, resulting in injuries to three people.
The incident took place when Jatin Satish Iname, a 28-year-old resident of Vardhaman Nagar, was driving his vehicle, registered as DD-03 M 7011, from Yadav Chowk towards Aggressor Chowk. Iname's car collided with a scooter (Activa) bearing the registration number MH-49-CC-2470. The scooter was being ridden by a woman who had her daughter and son as passengers.
The collision caused significant injuries to the scooter's passengers. The girl sustained a leg injury, resulting in a fracture, while the boy suffered a neck injury. The woman driving the scooter also sustained minor injuries.
Responding promptly to the accident, Jatin Iname transported all three injured individuals in an e-rickshaw to Mayo Hospital for immediate medical attention. After initial treatment, Iname moved the girl and her mother to Shankar Hospital in Dhantoli, a private healthcare facility, and the boy to Kreems Hospital in Ramdaspeth, Nagpur, where they continue to receive medical care.
The police have initiated a process to record statements from the injured individuals to determine the circumstances of the accident and plan further actions. Additionally, a medical examination of the driver, Jatin Iname, has been conducted as part of the investigation.
The authorities are closely monitoring the situation and ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
