Rujuta Diwekar suggests afternoon naps to improve your sleep quality
After turning forty, Rujuta Diwekar posted a video on her social media platforms discussing the value of getting good sleep. She made the observation that women experience sleep loss twice in their lives: once with an increase in hormones and once during a decrease.
Typically, the body experiences an increase in hormones between the ages of 14 and 15, which causes insomnia. Nonetheless, girls still have the benefit of age, so they wake up looking young and with other necessary qualities like appetite, thirst, and a positive attitude.
However, a woman's hormone levels begin to decline beyond the age of 40, which causes menopause. At that point, the nights of insomnia persist. Rujuta also emphasized to us the significance of getting good sleep after the age of 40.
"During menopause, sleep is essential for preserving hormonal balance. While weight loss, supplements, surgeries, and other related topics are frequently discussed, sleep is still not well covered in medical advice or everyday discourse.
