Ayurvedic and gut health coach Dr. Dimple Jangda recently revealed on Instagram a few easy-to-make natural eye remedies that can quickly help relieve and revitalize tired eyes.

1. Triphala eye wash: Use a triphala eye wash to help relieve eye strain and enhance eyesight. Triphala is well-known for its cooling and anti-inflammatory qualities.

2. Rose water eye drops: Rose water is calming and refreshing, which lessens eye fatigue and redness. Apply two to three drops of pure rose water to each eye.

3. Massage with almond oil: Packed with nutrients and high in vitamin E, almond oil helps to soothe and lessen dark circles around the eyes. Before going to bed, gently rub a few drops of warm almond oil around your eyes.

4. Diet and hydration: Include in your diet foods high in omega-3 fatty acids (flaxseeds, chia seeds), vitamin C (citrus fruits, bell peppers), and vitamin A (carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes). To stay hydrated, sip on lots of water and herbal teas.
