Sitabardi Police Report Two Sudden Deaths
Unidentified Woman Found Unconscious
On August 26, 2024, at approximately 11:20 PM, Sitabardi Police discovered a 40-year-old woman unconscious on Maharajbag Road. She was rushed to Mayo Hospital, where she was admitted to wards 27 and 28. Despite medical efforts, the woman was pronounced dead on August 27, 2024, at 5:00 PM. An accidental death report has been filed by the Sitabardi Police based on medical advice, and the investigation is ongoing.
Elderly Man Found Unconscious
On August 27, 2024, around 2:00 PM, a 60-year-old man was found unconscious under a flyover pillar in front of Smart Market, Sitabardi. The man was transported to Mayo Hospital by police but was declared dead upon arrival. An accidental death report has been registered by Sitabardi Police, and further investigation is in progress.
