Stay away from these four meals for better outcomes

While we are undergoing weight transformation, it is not necessary to give up our favorite foods. Faster results can be achieved, though, by maintaining consistency and striking a good balance.
Food to avoid-
1. Starters- Even before your main meal, bread baskets, chips, and papads can add up to 200–300 calories. Ignore this and focus on the reason you came.
2. Curries- We should be careful about what we order, but we should also make sure that our cravings are met. Cream and butter are abundant in dishes like dal makhani (170 cal/100g) and butter chicken (200 cal/100g).
3. Fried food- Consider drums of heaven (300 cal/100g), chicken wings (300 cal/100g), or gobi manchurian (220 cal/100g). Change to grilled or tandoori dishes.
4. Desserts- Sugary mocktails or a margarita (180 calories) can have as many calories as a dessert! Don't share syrups; only share desserts.
