Three Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Ganeshpeth, MD Worth ₹10.7 Lakh Seized

Nagpur, India; Ganeshpeth Police and the Crime Branch’s NDPS squad arrested three people for drug trafficking near Rahul Complex, Bus Stand Road, Ganeshpeth. The raid took place on Tuesday, March 12, between 7:05 PM and 9:15 PM.
The arrested suspects are Kushal Singh Sardar Singh Sodiya and Sanjay Bagdiram Vishwakarma from Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, and Harshal Vilasrao Bante from Mahal, Nagpur. Two others, including Sameer Bashir Khan from Mahal, are on the run.
Police seized 104 grams of MD (Mephedrone) powder and three mobile phones, with a total value of ₹10.7 lakh.
The operation was carried out after police personnel Manoj Neware received a tip-off. A trap was set, leading to the arrest of the suspects. They have been booked under sections 8(c), 22(c), and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985.
Police are now searching for the absconding suspects and investigating further links in the case.
