Tragic Suicide of 12-Year-Old Girl in Rana Pratap Nagar
In a heartbreaking incident, a 12-year-old girl, identified as Nisheela Sanjay Badge, tragically took her own life on Wednesday afternoon in Rana Pratap Nagar. The young girl, a student in Standard VI, was found hanging from the ceiling fan in the living room of her residence at Joshi Wadi, Gopal Nagar, around 2 pm.
According to preliminary investigations by the police, it is believed that Nisheela took this extreme step following an alleged scolding from her mother over a domestic issue. The sensitive nature of the young girl seemingly led her to resort to such drastic measures.
Upon arriving at the scene, PSI Dandale of Rana Pratap Nagar Police recorded statements from Nisheela's parents and other family members. Her mother works as a teacher, while her father is employed as a mechanic.
The Rana Pratap Nagar Police have registered a case of accidental death and have initiated further investigations into the circumstances surrounding Nisheela's tragic demise.
