Two Dead in Separate Road Accidents in Jaripatka and Hingna Areas
Nagpur, India: Two people, including a 'bullet' rider, were killed in separate road accidents in the Jaripatka and Hingna Police Station areas of Nagpur.
In the first incident, a road mishap occurred in the Jaripatka Police Station limits on January 4. The accident involved two brothers, Khushal Sukhdev Bhiwgade (45) and Govind Nandu Kanojia (36), who were riding a ‘bullet’ motorcycle (MH-31/FK-7971) from Indora Square to Kadabi Square.
The accident happened around 4 pm when the driver of a speeding four-wheeler (MH-02/EZ-9002) collided head-on with the motorcycle. Both victims suffered severe injuries and were rushed to Mayo Hospital. They were later transferred to Alexis Hospital for further treatment. Unfortunately, Khushal succumbed to his injuries on January 5 at 9 pm.
The police have registered a case against the accused driver under relevant sections of the BNS and MVA. Investigations are underway.
