Two Men Arrested with Pistol and Stolen Activa in Ambazari, Nagpur
Nagpur, India: Police held two men in the early hours of Sunday after they were found in possession of a pistol and a stolen Activa scooter.
The incident happened around 2:35 am when police stopped a suspicious scooter for a check. The riders, identified as Chandresh alias Chandu Kisan Hatewar (38) and Navin alias Chintu Ravi Gulhane (25), both residents of Kalimata Mandir, Hilltop, Pandharabodi, were unable to provide clear answers about the vehicle.
Upon searching the scooter, police discovered a black pistol with a live cartridge hidden in the storage compartment. They also seized two mobile phones and the unregistered Activa, with a total value of ₹1,02,000.
A case has been registered against the duo, and they have been taken into custody for further investigation.
