Two Thieves Arrested for Stealing money from Gurudwara Donation Box
Nagpur, India- Kalamna Police have arrested two thieves involved in stealing Rs 1.50 lakh from the donation box of the Gurudwara at Guru Ghasidas Satnami Samaj, Manav Utthan Trust, Nagar Minimata.
The accused have been identified as Himanshu Pravin Yadav (22), a resident of Plot No. 62, Nalanda Nagar, Ajni, and Sujal Raju Giri (20), a resident of Plot No. 7, New Kailash Nagar, Manewada Road. The duo broke the lock of the steel gate of the Gurudwara between 2:15 am and 2:30 am on April 15. They then broke the lock of the donation box and took away the money.
Police checked the footage from the CCTV cameras and identified Himanshu and Sujal. Subsequently, the police laid a trap and took them into custody. The Kalamna Police have recovered Rs 20,566 from the stolen amount.
