UGC-NET June 2024 cancelled
The UGC-NET exam, conducted on June 18, was canceled by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Wednesday. This decision followed inputs from the National Cyber Crime Threat Analytics Unit of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, indicating that the exam's integrity might have been compromised. The exam saw 11 lakh candidates appearing at 1205 centres across 317 cities. Looking at transparency and the sanctity of the exam, the ministry of education took a decision to cancel the june 2024 attempt. The fresh examination dates will be announced later, confirmed NTA.
