Vidharbha's Dubey joins the 50 Wicket club
Rapidly increasing Harsh Dubey, a spinner for Vidarbha, broke beyond the 50-wicket barrier during Tuesday's crushing victory over Uttarakhand. Vidarbha easily won by 266 runs thanks to the outstanding performance of left-arm orthodox, and they are currently leading Group B in the Ranji Trophy this season.
With six wickets in the second innings, five of which were trapped in front, Dubey has been playing at his best. He finished the game with eight wickets, bringing his total to 51 from 11 games.
As a result, the 22-year-old Dubey became the second-fastest bowler from Vidarbha to take 50 or more Ranji Trophy wickets. Rajneesh Gurbani, a former Vidarbha bowler who currently plays for Maharashtra, is at the top of the standings after taking 50 wickets in 10 games.
In addition to Aditya Sarvate, who currently plays for Kerala, Ashok Bhagwat (13), Madhusudan Acharya (13), Mohammad Siddique (13), Umesh Yadav (14) and Syed Rahim (15), Dubey needed 11 games to join the team. In just three games this season, Dubey has claimed 23 wickets.
