VP Dhankhar to Visit Nagpur; PM Modi Heads to Wardha This Mid-September
Nagpur, India: Nagpurians can look forward to a busy mid-September as two prominent leaders are set to visit the region. On September 15, Indian Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will visit Nagpur to attend an event at Ramdeobaba University.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to be in Wardha on September 19 or 20 to celebrate the first anniversary of the PM Vishwakarma Yojana. The scheme, launched by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) on September 17, 2023, supports artisans and craftspeople with skill training and modern tools.
Although the exact date of Modi’s visit has not been finalized, he will arrive in Nagpur before travelling to Wardha. In Wardha, Modi will inaugurate a grand exhibition organized by MSME, showcasing the 18 trades supported under the PM Vishwakarma Yojana. The expo will highlight the scheme’s impact and the support it provides to artisans.
Nagpurians will not just enjoy the joyous festival of Ganesh Chaturthi but these two leaders will energise the essence of this festive season. We Nagpurians await their presence with whole hearts.
