Woman Attacks Boyfriend with Sharp Weapon After Breakup in Kapil Nagar, Nagpur
Nagpur: A young woman, angry over her boyfriend ending their relationship, attacked him with a sharp knife in the Kapil Nagar area. The incident happened when 24-year-old Aman Harode was at his father’s brick kiln on Friday afternoon.
Aman and Nikita (20) had been in a relationship for several years, but recently, Aman stopped talking to her. Nikita suspected Aman was seeing someone else, which led her to confront him.
Around 3 PM, Nikita arrived with her stepbrother Kafil Ahmed Khan (31) and friend Rani (21) in a vehicle. When Nikita confronted Aman, an argument broke out. Kafil then took out a weapon and stabbed Aman in the stomach and leg.
Neighbours rushed to help Aman, however, Kafil fled the scene but Nikita and Rani were caught by the crowd until the police arrived.
The Kapil Nagar police registered a case of attempted murder based on Aman’s complaint. Kafil was arrested after a medical check-up, and the investigation is ongoing.
