Work habits are causing a threat to Cardiac rhythm

Our work habits and schedules have a significant influence on how much sleep we get. The body's ability to operate normally depends critically on getting enough good sleep. Recharging and renewing the body for physical demands is facilitated by getting enough sleep.

The psychological effects of sleep extend to the physical body; getting enough sleep improves and elevates our moods. It improves mood and fosters increased productivity and creativity. But our sleep schedule can be seriously impacted by our job schedules and habits.

Effect of sunshine on the body's circadian rhythm:

In a podcast interview with Murali Mastaru, Dr. Samatha Tulla, M.D., Internal Medicine, described the impact of sunlight on the body's circadian rhythm. According to Dr. Samatha Tulla, humans have been interacting with the sun since prehistoric times because it supports the body's circadian rhythm.

People worked and ate by the light of the sun, and when it set and there was no artificial light available, people retired to sleep. As a result, the body is taught to align itself with the sun.

How can melatonin synthesis be enhanced?

Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that helps to improve sleep patterns, according to Dr. Samatha Tulla. However, using electronics just before bed or the blue light from screens can interfere with the body's ability to produce melatonin.

Melatonin production might also be impacted by eating extremely close to bedtime. A magnesium deficit can interfere with the body's ability to produce melatonin and throw off the circadian rhythm.
