Youth Booked for Allegedly Raping Minor Girl Near Eternity Mall
In a recent incident, a youth has been booked for allegedly raping a minor girl in front of Eternity Mall. The 17-year-old victim, who was acquainted with the accused Akshay Bhaisare, reported to the police that he called her to the mall around 1 pm. Upon her arrival, he took her to a flat in an auto-rickshaw and forced himself upon her.
Following the victim's complaint, the police have registered a case under Sections 342, 363, 366(a), 376 of the Indian Penal Code, along with Sections 4, 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act against Akshay Bhaisare. Investigations into the matter are currently ongoing.
